Gelato taste is very good, although expensive. There is a blond lady on the staff who was super nice and made sure we had water and napkins if needed.
AMAZING gelato way better than Dolcezza, in my opinion, and portions are larger. Pitango also serves very good coffee and pastries as well as sandwiches. Their ham and cheese croissants are heavenly. Nice relaxed atmosphere, makes it a good spot to work.
